Updates

So...some updates on the family.

Sheridan had her Parent Teacher meetings Thursday night. She is doing amazingly well in all of her classes. She needs to get a few assignments turned in on Monday but other than that, she's doing wonderfully! I guess the "incentive" to get A's has worked!

Sheridan also called me at work on Thursday and told me that she was chosen as one of two 8th grade officers for MESA. She is just soooo excited about it! Her friend, Kenzie, is the other officer so there will be a lot of giggling and goofiness about! 

After Parent-Teachers on Thursday, she had a Parent Night for MESA. We were told about the activities that they will be doing this year. Sounds like sooo much fun!

Can't wait to see how she does! I'm sooo very proud of her!

Hannah's doing great in school. I'm sure there won't be anything surprising when I meet with her teacher.

Hannah's new hobby is going to the shooting ranges with her Dad. She amazes me. She hates loud noises but loves to shoot guns. Go figure!

Today, David is taking Sheridan with him to go shooting with his dad and brothers. She loves shooting too. When David comes home, he's going to take Hannah to another range to shoot there...they have bathrooms...the other one doesn't. :D She is looking soooo forward to it!!!

I am meeting with a Hormone Replacement doctor on Monday to have some tests done. I'm not feeling normal lately...having meltdowns more often than I care to, my kids annoy me with just about everything that they do and say and I find that things set me off way too easily. I'm already taking anti-depressants, have had the doses changed and still, no change. SOOOOO....my wonderful hubby who works with hormones on a daily basis and knows the symptoms fairly well, talked to some of his peers at work and they all agree that maybe Michele needs a little boost or adjustment in the hormone area. So...Monday we will see what the doc says! Crossing my fingers!!!

In the meantime, I am going to TRY to work on my cards today. So many things are happening around me that I feel like I have ADHD some times! I sit down to work and then I get up and do other things and forget all about them! 

Well...maybe I will fold laundry first so David doesn't step on them when he walks into the room and then, I will get to work on the cards.
